Rocky Dawuni

Musician, humanitarian

Rocky Dawuni is an international music star whose music crosses the boundaries between Africa, the Caribbean and the United States. He has shared a stage with such international luminaries as Stevie Wonder, Peter Gabriel and Bono. He has been an outspoken advocate for a variety of global causes including women’s health and education. He was named a United Nations Foundation Ambassador for the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves. He is originally from Ghana and lives part time in Los Angeles, California, USA.
